Natasha Helfer Parker runs an online and in-office practice where you can find life coaching and therapy solutions to a variety of issues you may be facing, regardless of geography and with a variety of providers who can offer different rates and times of availability. Natasha and providers are available for speaking engagements, group workshops, and presentations for both the public and professionals. AASECT supervision also available.
Healing from sexual shame and inadequate sexual education is something most people struggle with at some level when wanting to enjoy satisfactory sexuality. Sex Talk with Natasha is an interactive, ongoing experience you can subscribe to on different levels through Patreon... which includes a weekly live event where you can participate and ask questions or be guests on the show. There are also regular blog posts, "daily actions," homework assignments, resource lists, webinars, guided imageries, audio affirmations and online courses and more that are available to certain level subscriptions.
The overall message of this project is that a Mormon faith crisis, while usually extremely challenging and painful, can become an incredibly positive opportunity/gift for growth and fulfillment if managed thoughtfully.
Natasha is the founder and current president of the Mormon Mental Health Association.
